The Art Exhibition evening schedule:
   
6.30 pm Doors open
   
6.30-8.30 pm Reception starts. Opportunity for guests to mingle and view displayed artworks whilst canapés and drinks are served.
   
8.30 pm Main auction of non-artwork donated items
   
9.30 pm Art Exhibition closes and guests are free to leave with their allocated artwork

None of the donated artworks are going to be auctioned on the night. Instead, guests will have the opportunity to leave at the end of the evening with one of the displayed original artworks. Upon arrival, guests will be allocated a random number that may refer the holder to one of the displayed artworks, which they will be free to walk away with at the end of the night.

However, as we are expecting more guests to be in attendance than we have displayed artworks, we are going to employ a kind of lottery system. A selected number of the donated pieces will be made into limited edition prints which will be available to guests who do not receive an original.

Please note that the dress code for the evening is business-smart.
